FYI: The cost of repair is calculated based on the size of the ship's hull — the larger, the more expensive. Basically, every successive class of submarine is bigger.

I knew there will be complains and it NEEDS some explanation, not just let players pay unexpected costs. I advised to come with the story of an underwater tsunami that damaged everything and thus repair is needed. Is this acceptable?

BTW the costs of repair were halved compared to original proposal.
