- fix: Vox Populi —The mouse detection area at sea to open the top menu was reduced to 1 pixel (top left corner). One of the captains reported an inconvenience related to clicking on the edge of the northern part of the map, which often resulted in the menu opening instead of moving the vessel to the next part of the map.
- fix: Unconsciously corrected an unknown bug from the previous version that caused the game to end after starting an encounter with pirates. No idea when and how this happened but the most important thing is that it is fixed

- fix: No more 'free' second salvo of harpoons when more than one pirate vessel is in the firing line.
- add: If the rolled number is less than or equal to the evasion value, the ship (both enemy and player) is hit.
- add: Critical hit deals now maximum damage (depending on harpoon type).
- add: Bigger submarines have slightly higher evasion numbers, which means they have more difficulty avoiding an incoming projectile.
- add: If the player level is lower than 5 then the Sawfish class has 4 action points instead of 5.
- fix: When the end of the game occurs (the player's vessel is destroyed), the top menu no longer displays a red save game arrow, but a grey one (saving was not possible anyway).

- add: A new underwater effect that acts as SFX in the fight against pirates if the music is turned off and the sound effects are turned on.
- fix: Due to the recent reorganization of SFX, ping could be heard during refueling instead of flowing fuel.
- add: The sound of flowing fuel can now be heard while refueling at the dock (sound FX must be enabled in order to hear this and other sounds).

- add: New feature: Two QR codes are displayed when checking for updates.
- add: The original music accompanying gameplay at sea has been restored. It is about 4 minutes longer than before, but its size is also 68 kB larger. Both versions are in the game, and as soon as the Chip memory allows the longer version to be loaded, this will be the one selected. If not, the alternative shorter version will be used.

- fix: Fixed a long-standing bug with the funds number after the decimal point in the player panel. After thorough analysis, it turned out to be an Amos bug (not for the first time!). Although it happened rarely, it will no longer be visually disturbing.

- fix: The sound of drilling is fixed.

- add: New software solution for the part that could cause stability problems. The disadvantage is that it may take a few seconds more on slower CPUs when docking in the city (the black screen may stay longer than usual).
- fix: A situation has been corrected where the contract completion date is longer than the field provided for it.

- add: Checking the condition of the hull after fighting pirates to display red lights on the navigation panel if the player's vessel has suffered damage.
- fix: After asking a trader about market prices in another city and closing the requester, the dialogue window could no longer operate with a mouse (only with keyboard shortcuts).
- fix: Player information panel: Accidentally inserted a minus between two numbers in the session time position text in X, causing the text to start at the edge of the screen and overlap the label.
- fix: Option MAP 960x724 has been removed. This was available only to selected beta testers anyway. Still, such a huge map requires a lot of Chip RAM and creates more troubles than benefits (admittedly, it looks impressive and gives the player a much bigger area to travel before the next chunk of the map is loaded but the greater good over the feature must be chosen ).
- fix: Enabling the AUTOSAVE option caused exit to WB when docking to a city. This was because autosave changed the default path of sounds that had recently been added (which is why this problem did not occur before).
- fix: Using a dialogue with the [PERCEPTION] attribute with a negative player reputation caused an error.

- fix: The Aquabyss - Journey (alternative).mod filename was too long on filesystems that do not support (or have not set) long names and as a result was unexpectedly cut. This update changes the name to Aquabyss - Journey_short.mod (the other file, Aquabyss - Journey (alternativ , can be deleted safely).
- fix: Using a dialogue with the [TRADE] or [LUCK] attribute with a negative player reputation caused an error.
- fix: Blocked a possible exploit discovered by one of the captains (thanks John!).
- fix: Clicking the accept button on an empty contract list displayed a non-existent empty contract that could be 'taken' (obviously causing a lot of trouble for the curious player )
- fix: Fixed side quest with Ivette in London.
