Network PCMCIA
While waiting for the WiFi driver, we can use the PCMCIA port. It can be a card working either on prism2.device or cnet.device. Please note that cnet16.devicedoes not work with Warp 1260.
In order to use a PCMCIA card, you have to switch your Warp into the A1200 IDE mode. This is how it's done (in some cases setpatch might be needed to execute before the following):
stack 16384
warptool idemode=a1200 Plipbox
It is the cheapest and easily available parallel port device. It works with Warps and can be powered by one of its USBs. Its disadvantage is slow transfer. Nevertheless, it gives you network access, so if you can't get a PCMCIA card this is a reasonable option.
