IDRef error when talking to Yvette in London

First time in London and talking to Yvette in the bar.
Dialogue option "Regarding the task..." gives "IDRef did not find SRCE!" error.
My remote save is at the location.

Fixed. The patch is under way.

I'm afraid Yvette can still break the game.
Reproduction steps from my remote save:

First offer her Kristina's medallion as a gift before knowing who she is.
Talk to her again and ask "Where are you from?"
This unlocks probably a redundant dialogue option "You friend of Kristina from Paris?" which will crash the game desktop.

You were right, it was the dialogue that appears on general quests from NPCs. The task from Kristina is a side quest and triggers a custom dialogue with Yvette, the latter should not appear (congratulations for the correct conclusion).
The fix is coming in the next update today.

Update: This will take a little longer. It's much more complicated because the update needs more fixes related to the storyline.
